Our Editorial Policy

We research every product thoroughly, and we test hands-on whenever we can get the unit in front of us. When we haven’t physically tested a specific product yet, we say so directly in the review — you’ll see a line like “we have not physically tested this exact unit ourselves” whenever that’s the case. We never claim testing that didn’t happen.

Our “SnoutTech Score” is our own editorial assessment across six criteria — Performance, Build Quality, Ease of Use, Smart Features, Value, and Long-Term Ownership — not a copy of Amazon’s customer star rating. Where we cite a real customer rating or review count, it comes directly from the live listing, never invented.

We never accept payment for a positive review, and we never let an affiliate relationship change our verdict. If a product isn’t good, we say so.
